A passionate educator, Ms. Shalini Singh Hamilton holds a Master’s Degree in English Literature and a Bachelor of Education from Isabella Thoburn College, Lucknow University. She has a Post Graduate Diploma in Leadership by Emeritus, Singapore, in collaboration with MIT Sloan, Columbia Business School Executive Education, and Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, U.S. With more than two decades of experience in teaching and management, she is uniquely positioned to lead Chaman Bhartiya School to its stated vision and mission.
Shalini’s love for children paved the way to pursue her passion for teaching. Journeying through her career, she has taught the national and international curricula, including ICSE, CBSE, IB and Cambridge International, across Grades 1 to 12 in some of the best schools in Pan India. She has been responsible for nurturing many lives. With her commendable ideas, she has contributed significantly towards the growth of schools and students. She has been in a leadership position for a decade, and strongly understands strategic planning, evaluation, and implementation of academics.
With her firm belief that a mentor can bring out the best in a child by caring, sharing and communicating, Shalini has facilitated significant personal transformation in the lives of her students.
Success for Shalini is defined, not just by exam results, but by the joy on the faces that enter and exit the school premises every day. She believes in promoting academic excellence, values of kindness, compassion, and respect, thereby bringing a positive change in the students. She endeavors to develop a strong academic team that has a love for students, a passion for teaching, follows work ethics, and has the willingness to reflect and work collaboratively. Her conviction is to promote the holistic development of all students under her care, and she strongly believes in working in synergy with all the stakeholders of the school.
