Geeta Jayanth is an experienced educator with over 24 years of experience in various fields of education. She holds three Master’s degrees, including an MBA in Education Leadership from a Finnish University. Her expertise includes leadership, school administration, college counselling, and school pedagogy across various curricula such as IB, Cambridge, and ICSE. She has served on the Global Advisory Board of IE Business School, Spain, and the University of St Andrews, Scotland. As an authorized school evaluation leader for IB and the Council of International Schools, she has conducted school authorization visits worldwide.
She has presented at many international forums such as the IB Asia Pacific conference, Cambridge forums, and British Council conference. Her dedication and contribution to education and college counselling have earned her the Lifetime Achievement Award. Before joining CBS, she served as the head of two International schools in Bangalore.
Geeta’s passion for education and children is evident in her belief that ‘Teach is to Touch Lives Forever.’ She is an ardent advocate of sustainable practices and development and has worked closely with the UN office in India to incorporate UN SDGs in school education.
In her free time, she loves to hike in the mountains and has travelled extensively with her family chasing solar eclipses in India and overseas.
